Shipping & Return Policy for Domestic & International Clients
We ship all of our products from Monday to Friday using either a courier service or Australia Post. Please allow up to 2 Business days for your order to be processed.A tracking number will be sent to you once your goods have been sent so you can track your item.
Please allow up to 3 business days for all deliveries in the Sydney metropolitan area and also allow an extra 1-2 days for all locations outside of the metropolitan areas. For Western Australia orders can take up to 5 days.
Your order will be delivered between Monday-Friday 9am -5pm. Deliveries are not generally made on weekends. A signature may be required upon delivery, if there is no one to sign a card may be left at the address and parcel sent to the nearest post office. Once the order has been delivered to your shipping address, Salty Ink takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur.
Please ensure that your correct address is entered when you place the order. Adding your phone number to your order is recommended so we can contact you if needed in regards to your order.If you don’t receive your order within the time frame and have queries please email email@example.com

Free standard shipping is offered for all orders over $150 AUD please enter the free shipping code
Standard Delivery – Standard delivery for orders under $150 AUD will incur a flat rate fee of $7.95 AUD.
Pickup Option is available from our Salty Ink Warehouse - Please use the code Customercollect at checkout and we will send an email to organise a pickup time.
Our Stock quantities are not updated in real time,it is therefore possible on the odd occasion for an item to be sold out at the time of purchase. If you purchase an item that is unavailable, you will be notified via email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or full refund.
We ship only to most countries, Please check to see if we ship to your address. All products are shipped from Monday to Friday using either DHL or International Registered Post. For Standard Shipping please allow between 7-20 business days for all international deliveries.
For Express Shipping Shipping please allow between 3-6 business days for all international deliveries.

Standard delivery for all international orders will incur a flat rate fee of $18.00 AUD. If there are any import charges, duties or taxes for international sales Salty Ink will not be responsible for these charges.
Express delivery for all international orders will incur a flat rate fee of $38.00 AUD for all orders under $100.00 and $28.00 for all orders between $100.00 to $200.00 . If there are any import charges, duties or taxes for international sales Salty Ink will not be responsible for these charges.
We offer free Shipping on all orders over $200.00 however If there are any import charges, duties or taxes for international sales Salty Ink will not be responsible for these charges.
Our policies on this website relate only to products that have been purchased form our online store. Any item that has been purchased elsewhere must be taken back to the store of purchase this includes all faulty returns.

Salty Ink Returns Policy
At Salty Ink we aim to offer you products of the highest standard and we hope that you love your new purchase.
For all exchanges within Australia, items must be returned within 14 business days from the date of purchase. All international exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days from the original shipping date.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to lodge your return request .Once your return or exchange has been approved we will then send you out a returns form .Please fill out the returns form and send back to us with the goods .Please note goods sent back must be sent using a traceable method. Salty Ink takes no responsibility until the goods are delivered to our office.
If for some reason your item is no longer in stock, we will offer you a full refund or the option to exchange it for something similar of the same value.
At Salty Ink we reserve the right to repair your garment or replace it .We cannot accept liability for pilling/pulling of fabric, fabric deterioration including loss of elasticity, colour running or fading.
We use the best fabrics and dyes possible, however some garments are made from delicate materials which will experience wear and tear over a period of time. Please follow our care instructions to ensure that you get the most out of your swimwear.
In accordance with the health regulations and for hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear, ensuring that the protective hygiene strip remains in place and intact. We cannot accept returns of swimwear where the protective hygiene strip has been removed or damaged. Any goods returned that have been worn, soiled ,washed or damaged will unfortunately not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at their expense. All goods exchanged must be returned to us in original condition, they may not be worn or laundered and must have swing tickets properly attached to the products.
Salty Ink will only cover the costs of shipping for a return where the item was sent incorrectly by us or if we have deemed the item to be faulty.
If you change your mind we will exchange. All goods exchanged must be returned to us in original condition.They must not have been used, worn or laundered and swing tickets must still be properly attached to the product. Salty ink will not cover postage costs on products returned due to change of mind please ensure you send your package prepaid and insured in case it is lost in transit.
